Well here is the deal, I got this when i was level 74 and the level required was 81, now i'm level 75 and its still 81, so i was just curious if anyone actually knows the exact level when i'll be able to wear it. I don't really know how easiness works either with rounding up and all of that.

Easiness bonus
Additionally, every char in the II Act with level higher than 60 gains 1% easiness for every 2 levels beyond 60, and 1% easiness for every 1 level beyond level 70.

89 - 10% = 81
76 = 11%
89 - 11% = 80
77 = 12%
89 - 12% = 80
78 = 13%
89 - 13% = 79/80
So 79/80

rounding doesn't work as it should do is the only thing you need to be aware of, BW mathematics does not follow the same rules as all other mathematics >_>
