How ?
Can a player that has been banned be allowed to return!
And then be allowed to swap to improve their char !
What is the point of being a true player and working on your own char !
When banned cheats can create a new char and swap with inactives !
Is there no way of placing a 2 rule !
You can only swap within 2 lvls of your current lvl !
It would make offenders think twice and if they did it, it would make it alot harder for them to instantly progress !

The possibility of acquiring a new account through account trade or simply by taking over an account from someone is open to every player, offender or not. We are strong believers in second chances here and if someone learns from their mistakes it's ok for us to welcome him back. However, if he doesnt stop cheating he'll just get banned again.
