Can easily merge Leg Radiating, but it's not suffixed so, I'd say it worths 10 SS because it is a flail.

I think its definately worth upgrading, you will probably get 5 bs for it on auction.

I'm not sure I understand. Leg light club of the cult went for 2 ss +

this is leg + could be a nice merge piece for something else. I'm confused as to why it's valued so low ?
