Im a level 67 Sniper and was wondering whether this would even be any good to me? I know Shepherd would be better but its minus toughness and the appearance from Sun would be nice

Any feedback would be appreciated

my polish aint too great, but if ya need a translation, the bonuses are, i think, appereance 43, agility -2, not sure what the +4 is. and then the perception is +22. The req is lvl 81, str 71, agility 46 and tough 55

I dont know what i should do, merge P+1 kilt of sun and wait to equip meanwhile try and merge into P+1/2 kilt of the shep or just straight off try and merge P+1 kilt of the shep
