Had problems meself also , couldn't connect tilla bout 6 this evening .

Couldn't even access boards so dunno if solution woulda worked for me or not Frown

more useful would be fixing the problem than giving us something like last time and let problem to come again :/ also i dont know what happens with RNG - 4 own expos in a row - full locations and i get other mob - having problems with filling team being offline thx to logging problems :/

Its a game, if your computer crashed and you lost progress would you be whining to the game/computer makers? No, its just something that happens periodically, like server events, this events called Apocalypse and no one can do jack. They got it sorted, simple, thank you Mr/Mrs dev person Smile

I agree with the principle idea of what you wrote, ie. if your graphic card went up in smoke you wouldn't be moaning at BW that you can't log on and it is all dev's foult, but it's not the same. Servers falling apart and not letting people log in is not our foult and should not be confused as the same issue.

sure why woudnt you?? most ppl pay to play this game and if they cant log on they have every right to complain to the devs to find out what the prob is and can/will it be fixed..

I agree, if you haven't paid for premium then it's not as big of deal, but if you have then it's money lost. I can understand it happening once, because things happen, but when it starts to happen on seemingly regular basis it'd be nice to be compensated for time/money lost.

personally, if we do get compensated the lost premium being re embursed would be adequate

if the devs want to go that extra mile and give something extra as an apology, i feel cains vision would be alot more beneficial to the whole server than night of heros

I here that the bloodwars team changed something and thats wy it happend so It would be nice if 24 or 48 hours befor thay change somethong if we could get a PM so we know wy its happening and players dont think its something todo with there computer.

There was problem with DNS resolving, all of a sudden it stopped working. We've changed our DNS managment provider to more reliable one and made some additional steps, so it should never happen again. Unfortunatelly some of your systems/routers/proxy didn't refreshed their DNS data to reflect changes, and it caused temporary problems with connection for some players. Servers didn't crash, they have uptime of 280 days+ right now, and as far as I can see from activity data, many players could log in. Right now, we can't say who was unable to log in and for how long. We're deeply sorry for any inconvenience it caused and for not announcing this earlier as well - we had to act instantly.
