BW Roadmap 2012

Hello,

We want this Roadmap to answer all your "when" and "what" questions. In 2012 you can expect:

1. New TE patch, however we are still unsure if we are going to release TE on English market

2. Unanounced project - we'd rather not talk about it until we're sure it we are satisfied with it.

3. Patch BW - Underworld - changes listed at the end of the thread

4. BW Act 3 part 2 (runes anad new expeditions)

5. BW for Androida/iOS if possible

6. Various small modifications.

BW Underworld patch changes:

WARNING! The changes are still being tested, it'll be a long time before they are implemented into the game!

1. Monk Tattoo
- easiness bonus similar to Demon Lord.
- additional effect that increases critical strike damage

2. New events associated with KotH

3. Rebalance of all disposable items.

3.1 We'll most probably be adding another level of disposable items. All the current level 1 and 2 items will have a level 3 counterpart.

4. Breath of Death of the Cursed One will work sooner and with lower agility penalty.

5. We are redesigning Searing Blood.
In PvP the more arcana the opponent uses, the more defence/toughness will he lose. Works only for arcana costing more than 25 BP

How does it work:
(Cost of arcana used by your opponennt -25)x arcana level.
For example: (40BP-25)*10 levels = -150 toughness/defence

6. Majesty slightly nerfed.

7. Rebalance (buffs for everything apart from Flail which is getting nerfed) of items and affixes:

7.1. Ranged:
- Throwing knife (hit bonus, number of attacks)
- Throwing Axe (number of attacks, damage)
- of the Wolf (hit bonus, damage)
- of the Dryad (reputation)

7.2 2h melee:
- Flail (NERFED DMG)
The rest are getting BUFFED
- Pike (damage, perception)
- Halberd (damage, perception)
- Katana (damage or more attacks)
- Chainsaw (damage, critical strike chance)

7.3 2h guns:
- Flamethrower (agility, perception, hit bonus, attacks, damage)
- Shotgun (agility, reputation, intelligence and agility requirements raised to be equal with FNFAL)
- FN FAL (additional attack from +14, another at +17, intelligence and agility requirements to be equal with Shotgun)

7.4 1h Guns:
- Desert Eagle (reputation, charisma)
- MP5 (agility)

7.5 1h melee:
- Rapier (+1/4 defence per level, +2/4 defence per level)
- Kama (additional attack at +14, another at +17)
- Axe (damage)
- Wakizashi (additional attack at +17, perception)

Nice work with Fn-Fal Sze, but I do think that there should be a -def bonus as they use 7.62x51mm ammo, the same as a M40 Sniper rifle

A)Suggestion to searing blood:
Remove silly limitation to max defense to use searing blood effectively. This limitation was made to stop some players on polish servers to solo mobs with high defense and searing blood. However in act 3 it's not possible to solo mobs this way.

Black knights and to some extent collectors/demon lord(with assault bandanna, field cape of speed) find it almost impossible to use searing blood. While other races can use their arcana in any setup. And bm/TC/absorber/cursed arcana is way better in most circumstances anyway.

So remove defense limit on searing or make it a general limit on all act 3 arcana, which is also a stupid suggestion.

Also I don't like that this suggested change only is for PvP, it would be nice if melee cultist had arcana from their own group that is worth using in expo/koth.
Since act3 I have used nothing except blood frenzy in expos...

I think what they're meaning by that is there will be an official app for android and iOS instead of just going through the browser. At least I hope thats what they mean.

I'm hoping if you do get an iPhone app PROPERLY up and running.

It will increase players. The app store for apple these days are such a good advertising way.

the crossbow thing haha funny that will make o_HADES_o over powerfull lol

two things

decrease requiments on MP5 as for alot more hits with scrpio's

and something for uzi's and bretta's maybe

like equal damage with uzi's

and one extra hit with bretta's at good +3 and one more at perfect +3
