Ok maths geeks & nerdettes, here's the question:
Q: If, starting at level 65 (Act 3 entry point), a player was to be successful in all his/her attacks and gaining the maximum amount of Evo points possible per attack at what level would the player achieve all 4 levels in every evolution? (answer worth 25 points)
Some quantitive restrictions:
- remember that other players can only be attacked twice in one BW day
- the player did no quests, expos, arenas, or gained xp in any other way
- due to the variables of zone location & tattoo xp bonus; we will assume that the player has an xp bonus of 18%, and is in a Z4 square attacking other Z4 players only.
Additional parts for the truely nerdy: (extra credits you know you love 'em!)
Q(1): Calculate the number of points of progress that character would be; given that they entered Act 3 at exactly level 65. (answer worth 25 points)
Q(2): Calculate the amount of experience they would have recieved. (answer worth 25 points)
Q(2): Calculate how many days it would take the character to achieve this goal if they were: a) Premium paying; b) Non-premium paying. (each answer worth 10 points)
Q(3): Calculate how many of each denomination of Stones they would have received during their epic adventure? (that's an easy bonus 5pts!)
And for the truely uber nerds:
Q(4) Re-calculate all of the above adding the additional points gained from a successful expo every 2 days of the mob which gives the maximum xp drop for the level. (answer worth 50 points -- hahaha, good luck with this, it will need some hardcore research)
All correct bonus answers requiring xp calculations will be given a 25 point approximation allowance window; e.g. if the actual answer is 150,000 experience points, then anywhere between 149,975 - 150,025 will be correct.
But obviously if are a true geek, you will want to ensure all those numbers are exact!

A: 174 lvl
because 11 kinds of evo * 10 PoE per kind = 110 + 64 = 174 lvl
A2: (that you think) but you don't write about akt ! 2 or 3. and doesn't matter what square has you enemy 5z or 1z =)
I'll take 3rd akt
90*2.5*1.18 (z4, 3 akt & 18% XP) = 265,5 = 265exp per attack
PoE =
11* (150+300+450+600) [kind*(lvl1+lvl2+lvl3+lvl4)]= 11*1500=16500 PoE
so exp=PoE/PoE_per_attack*exp_per_attack = 16500/2 * 265= 2186250 exp

PoE =
11* (150+300+450+600) [kind*(lvl1+lvl2+lvl3+lvl4)]= 11*1500=16500 PoE
so exp=PoE/PoE_per_attack*exp_per_attack = 16500/2 * 265= 2186250 exp |
You are right about the 265 xp per attack, I only was calculating on 180 xp * 1.18, forgot about the act 3 xp bonus.
But your level is way way off.
If what you need is 16500 PoE, which means 8250 attacks, and that brings you 2,186,250 xp, it means you will be at a total of 2,632,042 xp when you reach those 16500 PoE.
So you won't even be lvl 91 yet, that puts you at lvl 83. But to get all evolutions at lvl 4, you need to be lvl 91, so you will have to wait for that.
So in the end, the only true answer is : lvl 91. As soon as you reach lvl 91, you immediately have enough PoE to unblock all evolutions at lvl 4.
So in the end, the experience gained does not matter because it is still under the lvl required to get all lvl 4s.
Which means the only xp gained you must take into account is the xp necessary to get to lvl 91 from lvl 65.
Hence my answer.

My best guess is that lvl 91 is so far away, that even with maximum xp from one expo every 2 days, you will hit your 16500 PoE before you hit lvl 91.
I won't calculate it but I would say I am 99% sure about it, which makes the question irrelevant because once again, the level at which you would attain all lvl 4 evolutions is lvl 91.

Yeah but at lvl 83 you cannot achieve all evolutions lvl 4, since some of them you need to be lvl 91 for their lvl 4.
Which, again, means you must wait lvl 91

You need exactly 8250 successful ambushes to max out all evolutions, that's 1032 days for non-premium and 516 days for premium players.
It's a max of 265 experience with 18% exp boost, which gives a nice total output of 2 186 250 experience. The limit of 2 ambushes per day for one player isn't really relevant since the top 8 players a player can ambush will surely give the max exp.
The player would be at 2 632 042 experience giving him level 83.
That would give exactly 43 soulstones, 130 mergestones, 218 lifestones, 437 heartstones and 2186 bloodstones.
The last question is actually extremely easy for underworld since you get 100% exp for all the stronger mobs so just going 258 times on a solo wendigo, which has 88604 health points, thus giving you 177208 experience every two days, you end up with a total outcome of 45 719 664 experience, leaving the player with 48 351 706 experience, and that's a level 114.
That's extra 45719 bloodstones, 9143 heartstones, 4571 lifestones, 1828 mergestones and 914 soulstones.

Everything's hypothetical, like all ambushes landing without a single fail, no defensive ambushes, arenas, quests, so why not give a solo wendigo a chance?

Nordy, I do not know who you are in game, but you are a definitely a Russian Nerd.
Between the two of you, you came so close; Sapling spotted the trick in the question:
Q = Lvl 91 - the question asked for the level all evos could be "achieved", not used, and as the level restriction on Daemon Blood & Claws/Fangs/Quills is 91. That is the answer... very simple.
Lvl 83; would be the correct answer at which you would have collected enough evo points... which begs the question of the BWT, are there more evos in the pipeline?
The other questions were all flannel for you to get your maths brains around & you did very well, thanks. 100 points to all.
BUT, I bow to Evan. You are a true nerdy geek - 150 points.

slight correction to nordy's math
only 9 of the 11 evo's require you to use your eveo level as 2 are always active (Additional cavity and Daemon blood)
so to have all evo's active at level 4 you have to be level 154 (9x10+64=154)

A player the 2 ambush daily limit is not really relevant, because the top eight athletes, a player can ambush will give the largest import and export.
