I'm surprised talent doesnt give better stats at P+2, without the titanium prefix it'd be pretty bad!

But yeah, WITH the prefix, easily 25SS.

its nice but only usable as a merge piece.

25-30ss ish maybe more but the requirements on it are huge for what it gives, worth ALOT more as P+3 titanium of levitation Wink
