I know you most likely wont change your mind on this matter but i did report that i had permanently changed character from midnight blue to PinguThePenguin i just hadnt posted the change on the forum.

Also i had deleted previous character upon aquiring said account

And now where abouts in here did the rules get broken? I'm pretty sure I've stated I'm FINDING a new owner for the account in my report , And Mignight Blue stated ALL ths accounts he's doing the share computer/ip (PinguThePenguin being one of them)


And if you really want to be that arrogent...Go and look at all the previous Reports to operator And you'll see WHY me and flames play via same ip...

The three accounts were used from the same IP at the same time. Besides you cannot return to an account you have given away.

When I made PinguThePenguin I logged in on Penguin_dude for about 3 mins to copy some notes I thought i had...

And how can it be the same IP?

Clearly I'd have the same ip as the thing hell boii ect...Which obviously I don't as when they got banned I would aswell..



And may I ask where is that rule stated as I've never seen it in my life before nor seen anyuone be banned from it...

Sz I've got a few requests then...

May I have ALL IN GAME+FORUM rules pmed DIRECTLY to me.

My square that Penguin_dude is in is someones square from BoS Belfegor or something I may of miss-spelt his name.

And Midnight Blue either have his Midnight account brought back into the game if possibly...Or just unban PinguThePenguin and let him play with that..
This ban of his has nothing to do with him what so ever so I don't want him taking any blame for it..

The is no rule that literally says you cannot do it, but giving away your account and then coming back to it is considered account sitting because for a prolonged time someone else is taking care of your account. The rules of the game are in the game regulations, some are also in the rules and regulations subforum, you can find them yourself.

I think the best course of action for you is to PM C47 now and ask him to take a look at the case. If that fails after 30 days you can appeal directly to me and I may unban one of the accounts.

EDIT1;- on the clan page you are reveled as online untill you have 15 minutes of inactivty...

Is there ant chance that being online within 15 minutes of each other would trigger it as being online as the same time? Because if soo then that's most probably why...Me+My brother are the mojority of the time around each other appart from when he's at colledge and I'm at school so we normally help each other out in expo's , Items for buildings/Quests ect.

then with 82731
and then back to 54609

before jan 2 there was two players with 2 acc
after that both accounts was used by you

I understand the seriousness of this matter, but i dont understand why it took you administrators so long to do anything about this if you noticed that this issue started after 2nd Jan, and i am aware that you are busy managing the game and your own personal lives and anything else that may have priority.

C47, Before + After january its always been me-My brother , I had no interest in the game at the start hense the big gaps at the bottam of that date list ,


Then our internet went down due to a debt problem, The other person who used to share the IP with me +My bro (Malooga) got kicked out...So we didn't really bother putting internet back up and still havnt,


Then I started playing BW on my phone anm tryed getting brother back into it but he's had too much time taken with his girlfriend+colledge study to bother playing as much as I do...I've just finished school and its my phone so I can be on 16 hours a day if I wanted to....

So multi accounting I'm defo not guilty to.....


The account sitting rule I can say no aswell...when Imade account 82731 I gave away account 54609 didn't keep it for myself...so therefor it can't be account sitting....It was just luck they gave back the account as they didn't want it...
I don't re-call that as being account sitting...to me its more like account trading.

As for account 82731 he hasn't done anything wrong so can who ever is in charge here either un-bann that account or bring 'midnight blue' back into the game?...He's innocent here...

EDIT1:- Cleared everything I had as it was a silly question which I just answered myself...

But not being funny but where abouts in the rules does it actually state that if you are sharing an IP adress with a familey member that you both can't be online within 15 minutes of each other?

As what I've been reading on it it only says that it is prohibited to have more that 1 account blah blah blah.

Then it moves onto if you have 2 people playing on the same server via same IP that they MUST report every account they are AWARE off.

Well this is what I've done... So where exactly have I gone wrong?

The regulations clearly state that you cannot use two accounts simultanously. As game operators cannot go into your house and check if you're playing with your brother or not we have to use the tools at our disposal (this is also in the regulations). Our tools found what I've pasted above and so many relogging is an indication of a multiaccount.

This is the end of the topic for me, if you want to discuss it further please use PM, if you don't then you can try to appeal after 30 days and one of the accounts may get unbanned. Thread closed.
