Hi, I'm Immortal Tech.
The past year me and GINGERNINJA had been at the same university in the same tower block, he is the floor below me. We occassionally played together in each others rooms, although this may not have been reported each time. We now live back at home and next year live in different parts of the same city so this activity would have stopped if you check the recent logs.
I'm unsure where the "push" accusation has come from, a couple months ago I asked him if he had any headgear items I could buy and then gave a fair price for them.

We finished University mid to end of June. I'm unsure which exact dates, but you will see that (130.88.44.x) and (130.88.254.x) will have no more logs on them. We still use the same separate laptops, but we have moved back to our hometowns which I guess results in different IPs or whatever is logged. I'm unsure how to find my home IP, but whatever has been logged from id: 77517 from Tues Jul 8 to this day is the IP I am using right now and will be using until September. Same goes for GINGERNINJAs.
We have both been consistently playing and we hang out everyday, so there may have been times early July where we played on each others laptops while hanging out (but I can't honestly vouch for this as I can't remember), though it is very likely. I'm not sure how else to prove to you that we are two separate people, but I would like to do anything you wish to prove it: Facebook accounts, pictures, telephone etc. Whatever you need.
We have both been in the same clan for a long time and we talk regularly on clan chat at the same time and our clan can vouch for this, but I can see how this isn't valid proof.

I'm sorry but even if this was the case, there is still the issue of pushing - Good Decorative Hard hat of Turtle Shell +4 for example.
Your accounts will not be unbanned. However, you can make an appeal after 30 days.

I know I'm not directly related to the ban, however I was wondering if you could tell me if they have appealed and failed or not appealed at all...just so I can know their fate and manage my clan and it's squares accordingly.

Hi Szeszej,
Sorry for not replying straight away but i wasnt sure what i could add that Tech didnt say. We decided not to appeal the ban at first due to returning to uni and saw it as an opportunity to take a good break from the game.
However, I was wondering what our options are in regards to appealing? Have our accounts been deleted or is there any way we would be able to continue playing bloodwars on our original accounts?

I'd also like to appeal and say that we've moved out of our previous accommodation in halls and have our own houses within the same city. This offence will not be repeated i can assure you.
