What if there were some "bad guy" Facrions that work like Clans?

They perform resource seiges at random intervals, at random Clans (possibly from a selection of the most successful Clans and/or players on a server).

If the NPClan seiges a player, they randomly spawn in such a way they represent 80% of that Clan's strength. This way an active Clan can band together to fend them off easily while a Clan full of inactive players is kibble and bits.

You could also offer a means to seige them back, but they spawn 120% of the Clan potential power and you need to be at the top of your game to raid the NPClan.

Based on Task mobs maybe...

It would add a feature, and a successful seige against them could be a new task at z2 or z1, and it would bring back War to Blood Wars.

Good idea. Make the game fight back, not just be on the receiving end all the time. But there should be consequences. Ie. razing buildings/burning squares.

Random building knocked down by one level?

Always lose honour even if your Clan doesn't bother helping you in the right numbers?

It needs consequences without being overwhelming in my opinion, but I would take a harsher system if I could just have get some scraps on the go :p

Cool idea.
Cant remember how long its been simce sieges were genuinely part of the game... This would help bring them back.

Might be fun if some npc clans were spawned as copies of actual clans with th purpose of trying to incite war between alied clans etc.
