I think this could be fun for everyone in all servers, add more suggestions if you want:
What is this Clan Survival Mode?
All clan (everyone who join it) fighting against each mob. Starting with White Dragon, Black Dragon, etc. up to Chronos.
The further the clan gets, the more exp you get, with an extra exp boost if you kill all of them.
HP won't be restored for anyone, if anyone receives a 500hp hit against a White Dragon, he will start the next fight against Black Dragon with the hp he had at the end of the White Dragon one.
In the same way, if someone gets killed in the fight against a White Dragon, for example, it won't participate in the following ones.
Same HP & stats as in expos.
Exp will be shared among all participants equally, in this way it will benefit the smaller ones.

Bonus for survivingf (assuming that all mobs get killed)
How often?
Once per week

There is already mechanics to increase mobs power based on the level of the people fighting it.

Indica, yes, the idea is to add up all exp gained from all killed mobs, then distribute the exp among all participants.
Probably it will not be that much experience for big players, but it is still fun. Any ideas about other rewards other than exp? I couldn't imagine anything else to be honest. For those teams killing all mobs including Chronos they could get the exp multiplied by 2.

Love this idea
possibly add a bonus for getting the killing hit on a mob (like getting extra poh for killing peeps in sieges/koths), and also for being a survivor (assuming that all mobs get killed)

It would be VERY interesting
It would also encourage people to experiment with new equipment set ups. Health regeneration is worth more over a long haul, optimised for defence as well as balanced hit since you have a range of mobs to work through.
