Well if you understand percentages. Technically you can have a 90% chance to pass something 20% of the time..


Or in some BW fights. 85% crits only actually being a crit like 50% of the time.

Or how a 60% upgrade chance equates to about a 10% some of the time..

But true for everybody, all of the time, completely failing to match projected trends in big numbers?

I'm going to go with "the RNG requires an exorcism" until proven otherwise :p

As much as any given player loves to hate the RNG, it doesn't needa limit. Some days you get good runs, other days nothing works like it's supposed to.
