Problem description: "All" my items that were past Perfect have been downgraded to perfect??

I.e...Legendary Perfect Throwing knife of the Dryad used to be a Legendary Perfect Throwing knife of the Dryad +3

+Plus many many more

How will i upgrade all my items back to their original lvl?

Just in case these were not upgraded recently.

Update - Items have reverted back to normal, maybe jumped to the panic button then :/
