i liked the old system of running cash, want to build kill someone, now its bank it, i have a problem with people as a resource, if we can bank cash why not people, i understand the blood being an issue and being the whole point of the game, but if a vampire bites a person isn't the person supposed to be loyal forever, you could call a people bank a prison

Well your on about turning people into a lesser vamp!!! Having certain traits but not the same power!!

Also, the people are humans, you dont turn them.. least i didnt think so!!!

Maybe a bunker or fortress!!!

But your city is meant to be the prison thing!!! U protect them in there!!!
