New Patch

v. 1.1.0.15 10 February 2009

Items with a prefix and suffix will not be copied when auctioned if the item without a prefix or suffix would not be copied.
Honour is gained only when there is a winning party in the siege. Additionally each party has to consist of at least 5 players.

The second one is kind of confusing.. of course you need a winning party to get honor? Or is this refering to sieges that end in a stalemate?

demondude ... there was a way to siege each other and both parties get PoH. Unfortunatelly it allways ended in a draw and the parties consisted of 1 player.
The dev team simply stopped that now. Allthough I have no clue why.

Stalemate due to both parties being alive after 10 rounds to be exact. This is done to stop mainly 1v1 sieges with both players wearing hp regeneration/bonus equipment but dealing equal damage and thus gaining PoH.

They just blocked the PoH gaining from sieges ending draw and consisting of less than 5 people on both sides, not the regen itself.

INFO CONCERNING THAT PATCH.

Where is expedition patch ?? U (games operator) do nothing with that. Only changing game when someone crying.

There will not be possibility to get any PoH from sieges on UK server now. Due to changes more 1 year ago there is no possibility to join to offensive siege. You can join only to deffensive team. So when some mecenaries will join to defended clan siege will be canceled. How to get PoH then ?? Maybe any answer ??

WHAT U ARE DOING ??

Make fast changes to the game and implement new PATCH...

AND ONE THINK MORE. I SUPPOSE THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ANSWER FROM MODARATORS, WILL BE ??

That means that currently 36 out of the 100 clans on this server would be unable to gain PoH, due to having less than 5 members. Granted most of those clans are probably inactive but some might not be.

I could understand if this patch was brought out to coincide with the patch that will make fights between specific groups of players possible, but there's no word of it.

What damage was 1 v 1 sieges having exactly? As far as i can tell, the top 10 or so players struggle to find full clan sieges they can join where they wont tip the scales, resulting in no PoH.

EDIT: Surely 1 v 1 sieges were the ideal solution. They can get PoH, and it meant full clan sieges didn't become imbalanced.

Game operators, make the same changes on UK server like on Moria or Moria II. Servers Moria and UK are totally diferent. Moria - 1000 ppl are playing everyday. Here on UK maybe 200. Moria - 30 sieges in the ongoing all time. On UK server maybe are 3 or 4.

What U want to do with that ??

Oh dear.
Another patch aimed at making this server even worse.

Stopping 1 vrs 1 sieges is a really stupid idea.... unless you going finally implement a new arena for high level / small groups to gain poh?

You are crippling this server more & more every damn week. Why don't you just be done with it and close it down; because clearly you don't care whether we are enjoying playing your game or not.

I totally agree with Blod. What makes the devs believe that a patch that is suitable for a big server like Moria, where many more people are active is going to work for our server?? It can be hard enough (or near impossible) for some players to get poh and to take away the possibility that both sides get any seems extremely harsh. Imposing lower limits of people in the sieges as well makes it even harder for smaller clans that are trying to improve themselves.

Gumis, am I right with the 1st post?

- Patch cmentarza => Graveyard will generate PoH.

- Patch szpitala => Hospital will generate PoH.

- Patch po[redniaka => Employment agency will generate more people.

- Pach Pita-fight => Small group fights will generate PoH
- Patch Clan leadera => Leaders will get double PoH

These were meant to be implemented but are not going to be now.

With regards to this new patch, even if they'd made it so there needs to be a clear winner(ie. no draws) it wouldnt be so bad. (EDIT: Though i dont see why it was necessary to implement ANY patch in regards to this)

The patch as it stands impacts on the smallest clans on the server.

i was delighted when i saw this patch....i spotted the words poh..and taught its finally here..fights between groups of players for poh

but instead i find they are making it harder to get poh Frown

it was discussed about bring in pvp fights that would result in poh. But it seems that thats not going to happen anytime soon (or at all now). But to be honest that was what a lot of the really high players were doing already-sieges between 2 players resulting in a draw and both getting poh. But thats gone now too.

Could someone translate/explain to me what is 'najemnictwo'? I think it means mercing, but I'm not sure.

I dont know how to translate it to english but it is when some1 is going help weaker clans to get some poh (on Necropolia u may get some PoP for help)

Thanks. Anitmerc patch would be fine. Easy to implement IF you have another source of PoH. Now we are back to the old Points of Friendship sieges...

Thats stupid? What players dont want the patch?

Arnt the other servers have dying in anticiapation for this upgrade?

Ive been browsing the polish board with google translate for the past few days and i cant see anything that hints this? And i havnt seen anything that hints at something else instead of these patches?

What exactly are they doing then, if not working on the system? ... btw.. making it so that you need 5 people to get poh isnt more than 10 mins of work? ... they go days without doing anything on BWs, their other games must be godly with the amount of time that isnt spent on us (the kooler game)!!

First 2 questions: Nobody knows Smile

What are they doing? Well, hard to say but I'll go for drinking and having fun and occasional coding. Some of the patches were 70-90% complete. Well, they showed us what we could have but won't. Why be annoyed? We never got it in the 1st place.

I think I learned how to 'not care' about the devs decision but just to play the game.

That a good attitude diablo, its just that every time i hear someone complain about quiting the game i always talk about the pvp patch and how it can revolutionise the game

Artoir, all I mentioned earlier. Well, it doesn't matter anyway.
After reading some of the Polish boards it seems that if we stop complaining we will be the favorite server, for things that were said there we would get banned. Which is good, at least we behave a bit better.
