I have read it somewhere around, but now I can not find it, so just to be sure..
What will happen if you will buy disposable item and it will lower your stats below any equiped items requirements? Will the particular item "switch off" during the ambush/siege/expedition or just your stats will be lower?

nope, I've checked it during an expedition. Eye of a cat reduces the agility by 5 and with 5 less agility my sniper rifle should be "shwitched off"

And can you tell me where exactly? I didn't find it..
..just tried it in ambush.. stats lowered, all items working..
