Is there a reason we can use Bloodpoints on quests? They don't seem to do anything.

the bloodpoints are there as some races arcanes boost certain skills ,like strengh , and also sometimes you get tasks to hunt something on a quest. when this happens then using arcane can help. E.G http://r1.bloodwars.net/showmsg.php?mid=...&key=9dedd62034
