'punishment' in siege
How does the 'punishment' (prevent opponent to attack in first round of combat) work in siege ?
-blocks the first opponent in siege (highest initiative)
-blocks the launcher / 'receiver'?
?

As far as I remember from when I used to use punishment quite a lot, its power doesn't work in mass combat situations (sieges and expos)

It works only in ambushes and some tasks where you fight only one monster.

horror ( cursed one arcana ) blocks one person in siege from opponents side. this person is not specified.
Punishment suffix is not working in sieges or expos.
If is used in ambush and both players use it both players are not attacking in 1st round
