sniper is a good tattoo, I think cos it has hit +38 on all weapons, has critical and also you can wear high armor and you still keep the tattoo working

i am one of the other snipers 
the reason for choosing sniper is mainly because of the extra ttack. it is a great tatoo for those destined to be a gunner. i mainly chose it coz it is the best gunner tatoo and will help alot in expos. before i even started to play this game i always knew i would use 2 handed guns so it was deciding what tatoo to pick. at first i chose assassins tatoo coz of the flexibility but then i rethinked my decision and chose sniper and currently i have enough POP for level 3 of the exp tatoo, i need 26,000 POP for extra ttack and i hope to see the benefits of the sacrafice of waiting XD. i now plan to choose a gun any ideas? i was thinking AK-47 but need more strength so then i looked at titanium set XD. but i am still not certain on the choice of gun but i will get there XD.

IF youre going for your extra attack Tiger, make sure you use a Sniper Rifle
And I think you use a Hunting Rifle now, with high intel requirements, so when i switch to AK I swap one of my intel items for a strength item, in my case Genius -> Strength

yh i plan to use the sniper rifle for a while but later on i want to switch to AK-47 and formulate a way of beating melee. i mean 7 attacks with AK-47 would be great.

Tiger, don't you think a 4th attack with an Fn-Fal would be better, because it's stronger? Or a sniper? And you switched to sniper tattoo after seeing bensuxs damage in an expo XD
Anyway, i chose hunter tattoo, because i like to pick the hard road, and i LUUUUUUUURVE bows, and someone said on the last page, last post "do you think the name affects popularity of a tattoo?" or something like that, and in some cases, it does. In my case, it KINDA did... but i know one person who truely chose it because it said assassin XD

@DJ: FN-FAL has higher requirements than AK-47 and using a AK-47 is a long long way away i wana do so many things before i get to that stage. i will be using sniper for now when i get the extra attack. and my reason for changing to sniper was because i was going to choose that anyway but i couldn't decide if i wanted daggers or guns and then i made my mind up i wanted guns mainly from seeing the effects of 2 attacks with sniper E.g bezetta
and no i would never copy bensux coz he not even that good in expos, i was doing better than him with out a specialised tatooo muhahahaha. but in the future i mean very future like when i am 250+ points then i will be using AK-47 or another weapon like that as i have plans to try and defend myself against melee. it will be hard but fun challenge. and for bensux's damage in expos hmm well if i can do more with non-specialised tatoo then...well enough said
and another thing i have not spent one bit of POP from 34 points back so my stats have not changed except from when i level up on even level, so he should of got his stats better than mine by then and be better than me but nope
@bezetta: yeah shotgun is good but their requirements are massive
but still not made my ming up on the whole gun option in the future but one thing is for sure sniper for expos

When it comes to guns, let me put it this way.
The ONLY gunner on the server I'm afraid of is Zeruel
Shotguns are hard to pull off because they are well worth the effort. Once you can run one of them at a decent level you can start to worry the melee fighters.

@Tiger well everyone did seem to choose sniper tattoo after bensux done an expo and did massive damage, and i don't remember you doing more damage than bensux when you was unspecialized... i don't even remember you DOING an expo when you was unspecialized... meh whatever. But you can't blame me for the suspicion (comon, what would you think if one person does something spectacular, and everyone follows their way? you'd most probably think they're band wagoning aswell, and if you wouldn't, then what the hell goes on in your head?)
I know Fn-Fal has higher requirements, but if you could use it, i think it would be stronger in the long run.
Most people haven't really been upgrading their stats much since about that many points, so noone stats have changed much, except the odd appearence, or a different stats just to hold a upgraded item (that means increasing a stat by 1 or 2) so really, he wouldn't of got better from upgrading stats.
@Bezetta isn't a shotgun just like a sniper, but MAJORLY nerfed? Or worse... (just checked the stats it gives, and the requirements)
God i'm not used to typing in big bundles like up there... and since it's in pink, it's gonna make it worse... ima space it out.

@nemz: at unspecialised when i got the the same points as bensux i always did better as i saw his work at HOWL and i can't see anything he done spectacular to be honest, i have done better
and the reason for changing is probs coz of bezetta. and the reason for shotgun being better DJ if you don't know is thats at +5 it attacks twice and then you have 3 attacks with high damage. also if you have titanium set and high defence melee is easier to beat and some even fear them
don't worry you will understand soon or if you attacked zeruel you would understand. and bensux is average in my opinion, he only hit around 900-1000 damage most people can do that anyway, the reasonf ro you thinking he is amazing is coz he is your bro

well in actual facts mate melee is meant to batter guns in attack and it seems she did more damage than you

This has turned pretty bitchy down here
Feel free to attack me twice a day Knightroad. I made a conscious decision to scrap my defence and mele to melee combat. In return I get a disgusting amount of EXP to work with.
I'll be ready in a month, which sucks but then I'll kick off big style.
I'm going on a BK revenge spree then though
BK is when of the biggest and best, but is also the hardest to make work right. Lysandra is one to watch, she's pretty impressive.

Wow... i really shouldn't go a day without going on the boards... anyway, here i go
@Tiger I didn't actually know a shotgun got a 2nd attack, but IMO, the damage is too unstable, and the range is massive, i would just stick with a hunting and a 4th attack instead of a shotgun with a 3rd attack. and i don't fancy going nuts and attacking someone who i have no chance of beating (i'm just guessing Zerual or however it's spelt is one of the top players) No, i'm not overrating bensux because he is my bro, actually, him doing big damage (at the time) annoyed me because i used to be the valuable one until he came >_< seriously, i'm as unwanted as a dog turd.
Also, at bezettas comparison of a shotgun +4, or good sniper +1, i'd go for the sniper, even without the 2nd attack.

his toughness reduces my damage so much. i need another attack to beat him as he is a legend. and shotgun is much better than sniper coz of the extra attack and it is a very effective gun even if your perception is well above his. if you have high perception with shotgun then be scared.

Wow, his toughness is MASSIVE, and actually in that case, the sniper would of been better (ignores ALL defense) but after thinking about it, i do see the sense in using a shotgun with 3 attacks than a sniper with 2 attacks, but I (notice the letter I meaning ME) would go for a sniper.
Remember, i said i see the sense in using a shotgun with 3 attacks instead of using a sniper with 2. Remember it.
