Chevron won my auction for elvish shirt @ 1k pop
his IGN name is the same as his forum name, he rejected the offer and pm'ed me that he refuses to complete the transation cause he doesn't need it anymore....i send him the offer within a couple hrs of auction closing though so it's not like i made him wait.
