usually with ranks it takes that 1 and a 1/2 hours to attack someone. im looking for folk who only takes 5mins to attack(or less)

distance wise theres a range but its easy to find sum1 then all you need to do is rememebr youre sqaure and go into rankings and find sum1 near tht sqaure
also build up your taxi rank as much as poss as eventually therl be now targets left newer near to you

wat u use if youre using guns its more likely to be jewellry tht helps
melee have sum weapons tht help and sum shorts and armours
ranged weapons is a lot harder

Just try and search for things like the thing you are going to say. Then post it in that section...
