Problem description: we went on this expo:

Horror doesn't affect special attacks

EDIT: From Tutorial:
* Horror - blocks the attack of an opponent in the first round of an ambush. Blocks the attacks of a random

opponent in the second round of a siege or expedition. Warning! Does NOT block special attacks.

*
o effect: maximum 1 level (Warning: doesn not sum up with the Punishment suffix!).
o Cost: 225 bp.
