Snipers tatoo maxed for extra attack. plus another from speed item. also 25% extra crit hit to reduce the losses of crit n expos and battles. in expos i would buy a disposible item to get crit chnace up so that the reduce of the sepeed item is minimal. wouldn't even need to max out the ignores defence tatoo.
