Hello, my name is Neil I recently took over huggy and gave my friend Mark my old xtreme_neil account. I am also real life friends with the owner of hayste. We sometimes play the game at the same time when we are at each others houses. Is there anyway for us to get the ban overturned?

and if you had 'old account' with 'new account' so that was a multi ;]

My friends and I used to play on other accounts when I was in Endbeginners but we were warned if we continued we would be reported so we stopped and have not done so in weeks.
I no longer have anything to do my old account (xtreme_neil) except when Mark asks me for advice or goes online when he is at my house.
There are obviously hundreds if not thousands of players who play the game and know another player in real life. Lots of these players will from time to time share a computer and play there. If you look at the history of my old account that has been played at several different IPs. I understand how the circumstances could be conscrued as having multiple accounts but I can assure you that that is not what has happened here. If it is a case of you unbanning my account and I explaining to my friends that we no longer can PC share then that can be arranged. If you would like different email address to contact them on or phone numbers that can also be arranged.

If you are not going to reply to my earlier comment can you please explain how I can clan a refund for any of the premium account I have paid for inc shortening options I am also not able to use. I would like this for my account xtreme_neil_v2.0

I know i'm risking a warning here, but for a mate it's worth it I guess..
I don't know Xtreme_neil in RL, but I do know that when he switched accounts I applied to take the other account for my brother (mokotonaguno) (and yes, we have reported that we play from the same IP as brothers with one other, Hammertime)
He told me his mate Mark was taking the account as he wanted to try it out, so I watched how active he was in case he lost interest, and I was having conversations with Neil while Ash Piler was offline.
Also an in game friend of mine knows Neil in RL and also told me that The Immortal is his brother, so whether or not that was reported I do not know.
So in my opinion i'd like you to have a closer look at this case before you deliver a permanant ban to these Premium paying players.

In my opinion you have taken a very hard line approach. I feel I have explained myself adequately and you have not paid any attention or responded to my comments.
If you check my usage you will see I have used xtreme_neil_v2.0 at at least 3 different IPs and that those IPs are also used by other players who have not been banned, by not banning them you must be admitting that what I have offered as an explanation is not only plausible but also quite likely to be true.
Once again I am requesting that xtreme_neil_v2.0 be unbanned or I have my premium refunded. If there is any reason you not unban me or if you have any doubts please post a question and I will answer any query.
The only reason I can think I have been banned is that another ingame player will have reported, possibly suspicious activity and you have immediately acted rather than ask my side. Given the recent ingame politics I can offer 2 or 3 players that I think may have reported me and if you would like to send me a private message or email me then I'd be more than happy to share the names of those people.

Please unban xtreme_neil_v2.0..
I gave him my old account and he assured me that his old account was being passed on.
If he was playing from an IP that had been reported as multi usage then the ban is unjust in my opinion.
Please look into this matter further

if you look at that logs you can see that there is no 'you and a friend' but only one person playing on the both accounts
it will not be unbanned
and there will not be any refund
