Warriors OF Dusk
The strips of cold weather came in sessions, only five minutes apart, freezing the already cold bones of the few still left alive. Their moral had been shattered, their comrades killed, and above all, their army defeated. The Warriors of Dusk had fought hard and long in the brittle cold, but finally their bodies had gave into the strain. Worn and battered, they started to make their way South, towards the border between two Continents waging war after the disaster which had killed so many. Their journey would be long and treacherous, but somehow they knew they would make it. Little food and water to supply them, they carried on, thinking of hot drinks and a comfortable warm bed when they get home.
