i had a leg shruiken of reaction(+5) guess what after 15ls,20hs,40bs?

it's on (+1) Frown

Item Legendary Shruiken of Reaction(+5) has not been upgraded, you feel the power leaking from the item (- 3). x 11

only got it to good 4 times...

Just saying 'THIS ISNT SPAM' doesn't make it not spam. Saying your thread isn't a place to moan when the subject is failed upgrades hardly makes any sense. Is someone going to post in celebration of a failed upgrade?

What is the actual point of it then? Do you honestly think you're collating some valuable information as to the effectiveness of the RNG?

Sorry, but you're not, the thread is pointless, it's just yet another attempt to say the RNG isn't working effectively because you don't understand the premise of 'random'.
