Problem description: The Devils Finger currently has two medusas in it, however there is only 1 team and it is saying that the expo is full. Picture supplied

No - picture shows that there is only 1 from POSSIBLE 2 medusas in location :p

No, it's correct. There's only one medusa alive in the location so there's 1/1
In your screenshot there is a total of 13 (10 phoenixes, 2 red dragons and a golem) alive mobs so there's 1/13
