A little lost about Fire Rate |
|
I keep seeing all these ranged weapons of Fire Rate in the auction, yet no matter how I check them I cannot actually see what they do. Would someone help me understand what the hell fire rate is please?
Apologies if I have put this in the wrong section, it seemed the best place.

Good Shuriken of Fire Rate (+2)
Two-handed ranged weapon
Damage: 27 - 30
Effects: Hit -23, attacks per round: 9
Requirements: LEVEL: 59, STRENGTH: 55, AGILITY: 57, PERCEPTION: 28, INTELLIGENCE: 51, KNOWLEDGE: 41
Good Shuriken of Vengeance (+2)
Two-handed ranged weapon
Damage: 69 - 72
Effects: Hit +65, attacks per round: 8, PERCEPTION -27, weapon damage +42, items defence = 0
Requirements: LEVEL: 56, STRENGTH: 53, AGILITY: 54, PERCEPTION: 28, INTELLIGENCE: 28, KNOWLEDGE: 27
Apart from being useful in some merges, as the name implies it gives extra attack, for shuriken it is at good +2,
It is not very useful, but might be good for weapon such as javelin or pilum if the extra attack is at lower upgrade (and their might be second attack into the perfect levels).

The bonus does't apply to the items level but to the suffix level. It's not possible for the Fire Rate suffix to give additional attack to a shuriken at Good (+2) and to a pilum on Good (+1). The Fire Rate suffix gives an additional attack on Good (+2)
