Maximum dodge is 30%

* dodge ±x % - decreases your opponent's chance to hit you. It is included directly in chance to hit resulting from hit parameter of weapons and parameters of both characters.
* dodge against guns ±x % - ditto, but applies to guns.
* dodge against melee weapons ±x % - ditto, but applies to melee weapons.
* dodge against ranged weapons ±x % - ditto, but applies to ranged weapons.

so you have 15% more than you can get Tongue
