anyone else noticed an anti sniping system on items
i bid on an item in last few seconds and it seems to add 3 minutes onto it
or is this just me

that's not new that's usual, if you bid during the last 30 seconds of an auction it adds 3 mins to the deadline.
i had a bidding war prolonging the end time about 20 mins once ...
