problem logging in

Id in game: dont no what m mine is unfortunatly or how to find out? my nick is bobalob though

Problem description: when i try to log in it comes up with the message 'invalid username or password please unsure that caps lock is not on, but when i do back and try again, often after a few attempts then it logs me in. i dont think this is a problem with my password as i use the password sent to me in a email and firefox has it saved for me, and i dont no if its anti bot software, but anyhelp would be greatly appreciated?

some 1 may have hacked ur acount. u may need to change ur password if u can get on again

i can get on the account, the problem is that it takes a couple of tries, with the password being automatically loaded so theres no chance of me typing it wrong

does it happen every single time you login?

could just be a problem with the password being stored and you clicking back all the time something about the cache lol...not too sure not very good at the techno babble

could always try the basic tricks of clearing private data and entering it yourself.....if it logs you in straight away like that then its definately a problem with the passwords being stored

Doubt it is a patch update, more likely the server bit the dust there. Today morning there was no regular server restart either around 3 am. Might be the cause of the server acting up now. :/

1) The server is down
2) They are patching

same here

earlier it was randomly logging me out, which then soon turned into an error screen.
It then appeared fixed, but when you log on you get that update screen constantly, just checked again and now back to the error screens?

do we know if all the polish and english server share the same line and actual physical servers?

Same issue here. Goes to rankings are being updated page. Rankings have been updatin for about 2 hours now. Good thing there was no expo or anything of any importance going on.
And if it was the patch would they not have warned us if it was going to be down this long?

Its hard to forewarn of system crashes/failures. Generally the computer doesnt tell you it'll crash before it does, it just happens.

If it was a crash wouldn't the boards be effected too?? That's what happened the last time the server crashed...I think. I know I had to go to MSN to see if people I knew were having issues the last time.
And this is so very annoying, I can actually start working towards my goal of a third hit (need 8000 exp) and I can't. With my luck it'll come back on when I'm in bed and I'll be farmed senseless and have nothing when I log on tomorrow morning. And they did warn us of the last major update to the game so why not with this one? if it is an update.
