I have won those shorts.

125 k pop was the BN price indicated on the board.

I was told in game that maybe you had discussed with Lord Karak about selling them for 120 k BN.

I had already put a bid on the item, which means the auction was now publicly running. You are not allowed to change the BN price in private and close the sale in private unless you notify all the people involved in the auction (which would be me for example).

I have made you an offer of 125 k pop and I hope to receive the shorts before 24 hours have passed.

a) add Buy Now price during the auction or sell the item before the auctions finishes (unless Buy Now price was present from the beginning).

d) change minimum price and Buy Now price during the auction.

Any discussions in game about a possible offer(s) should be notified on the forums also. So if Carpy did discuss a BN price or installments as you said in your message, you should have posted here. Any changes to your BN price should be in a new uneditable post, while keeping within this rule:

Since you never posted prior to Sapling's MP bid, Lord Karak's bid is invalid. Sapling wins the item.

Lord Karak, if your bid was a mistake, you should have corrected yourself in a new post.
