I am a lvl 79 one handed gunner, gunman all lvl 5 tatts

That's the usefull stuff you have in your armory, and truth to be told, that's not much.

Your expo setup should look just about like that:

Deadly bandana of shepherd
light shirt of the cobra (+5) (you have to upgrade it a bit)
Golden amulet of authority (+5) (you have to upgrade it a bit)
Good Ring of the Bat
Good Signet of the Bat
Good Light Shorts of the Shepherd (+1)
Legendary Perfect Beretta
Legendary Good Scorpio (+1)

There's a LOT of work to be done, to me it looks like that accounts armory has been destroyed by some irresponsible user.
