others multi post, and i get a warning for humour, somebody posts naked flesh in game and i get a warning for saying that's not pretty, god give me strength,

SPAM..... have you seen some of the other posts on here, some people don't know how to shut up, i brought another complaint to your attention for the same thing about the same player and im warned, whatever...

Dude... chill. There are plenty of things on the boards that make me wanna jump in & type about, but I use the 125 method. Count slowly to 5, then click on another link (usually the screaming room); stops me posting when I shouldn't. 
Besides... you did open your gambit with "at risk of punishment..." - you must of known you were on dodgy ground?

my point EXACTLY liamb why me alone the complaint was from 1 person, so by the rules you state every single post from that down should be a warning per person, not a single warning, and from the text of your post i was warned because i said she was not the best looking in the world, not bringing to your attention a past post which looks to have been removed, i was aiding the mods and added humour, but maybe your so blinkered you don't see that, AAAHHHH so we find another COS hater, that's fine, go you.....
I like me and i dont really care if nobody else does, im cool with me, im not the kind of freek posting adult material on a child friendly site, so ban away,
oh and by the way this is offtopic so my opinions are my own here, this is a fantastic game and 90% of it is great, well when the computers run things, with humans egos seem to run things

You may think its easy being a mod but it isnt. I dislike giving warnings, and i only do if i have to. As i said previously, Szeszej will sort it when he can. If you think your warning wasnt justified, then appeal to an Admin/Super mod.

every player that can read can see its an unfair warning, however i take it the 1992 was when you were born, no disrespect meant but i have shoes older than you, i see things like the naked post as a big problem, where as you have not got a clue what goes on behind the motives of an adult that age posting a pic like that on a site like this, i was in my original post, pointing out the fact this is not the first pic of this kind from this player, and yes i understand mods jobs arnt easy, which is why i posted that info in the first place, how do you know that player is even who they say they are, and there not just trawling, we already have a post on the forum where kids are planning to meet up, if this game doesnt tighten up some security in areas like this were going to end up with a dead kid and nobody wants that in there wildest nightmares, get a grip and warn for spam not for security warnings

the way i see it is the picture had been changed
but the problem had not been fixed
so faceeater instead of making a new post
bought it to your attention again by using the old post
i dont think he deserves a warning for that.

Yes, 1992 is my DOB. I dont make the rules, i just enforce them. If 2 consenting individuals want to meet up you cant stop them.... The final decision in any game matter doesnt rest with me, it lies higher up the chain of command.

Faceeater, you violated the Complaints regulations and you deserved a warning. Raxis got a warning too for the same reason. Boozbro and joshk didn't get a warning because that thread was related to them.

I would've warned them for being offensive to each other, especially Boozbro, he was pulling straws becasue he had been caught.
I don't mind my warning, but I have noticed certain 'I'm feeling good today, so no warnings for you' from a couple of mods, not gonna say who, even if I would've got a warning in the process I still think it's unfair if you are to let pepole off, it's how it is:
If i cock up at work, I get a warning, no matter what I've done, how minor or major (Up to getting the sack), it's by the book, my manager doesn't say 'I like you so Im not going to give a warning,' otherwise that'd be case for tribunal.it should be the same here.

I never said something like "I like you so no warning", I like Knightroad and I still give him warnings, that's my job here. When I'm in a good mood then I sometimes don't give a warning if someone isn't violating the rules on purpose and it isn't very serious.
If I don't give someone a warning without saying a thing then either I didn't see his post or I'm not sure whether e should get a warning or not.
If something's wrong with that then send a complaint to a super mod or an admin and they'll punish me if they decide that I shouldn't have done that...

It's a case of fair and equal treatment is all. Actually I think ou do our jobs alright, but the fact is it's theese slips that make it slightly unfair.
I remember one person being warned four timesin one day, and that was simply cos he was having a dig at one of the mods

people have lost sight of what my gripe is, its not about my warning, its that the mods have a duty of care to not just police the posts for being in the wrong place, but to protect the players from potentially hamful problems, so if this is a no age limit sight it can not display pornographic material, which this lina keeps posting, you cant buy it in a shop thill 16 so why can you view it here. lets put ia a different way, if she can do it so can i, who wants to see a pic of me in the nude? if its ok for her to display it why not me, lets go further why not me and the wife....... at what point do you just say thats not ok and stop the problem

From in game? Mods have absolutely no power over in game matters. We have power on the forums only. In game matters are dealt with by Game Operators and Administrators.

guys guy, calm down
the way i see it is that faceeater shoudnt have been punished for the post on the complants thread about the inapproite picture. he was posting what he thaught and was making a complaint which is what that topic was for. its the same with the other the other thread. he said he woudnt be happy if his 6 year old daughter saw the ranks, and that is a complaint, so as a result both posts concerned him.

I just got a warning for that too! Despite the fact I was alerting a picture change! Why should we have to start a new thread for the complaint when it's still valid, and even ifshe gets a permanent ban the picture will still be there. To be fair (and i'm not attacking any of the staff here) the rule just seems to be a little too strict.
I'm assuming it was put in place to keep arguments from happening in the complaints section and that's perfectly understandable but, when someone gets a warning or in some cases even a ban when they're just backing a complaint made about someone, it kinda feels like it's being handled unfairly.
Yeah, he could've made a new thread about the exact same person and for the exact same reason but wouldn't it be easier for the mods to oversee all the complaints when they're all in the same (still active) thread as opposed to several different threads concerning the same problem?

Good point Sempai. Thats exactly what I asked Szeszej yesterday when I recieved the same warning as Raxis. I was complaining about the same player and about exactly the same thing, so why should I make new post about it? To get warning for making another thread about the same thing?

If you think someone deserves a warning and still didn't get one then report his post. Click the Report button and then from the drop-down menu select me (I check my email every time I open my browser), write the reason and then click Submit. I'll check every post reported this way.
