Problem description: v. 1.4.16 31 August 2012

King of the Hill: Purifier - stats: decreased maximum damage, increased maximum defence; Aura of Fear: melee and ranged dodge chance at start changed to 70% (from 100%) and it now increases every round; Purifier's attacks now have a minimum chance to hit cap which increases every round.

and we got

so is there a bug or what? ineffective in 100%? or just mistake in description?

even though you get the line saying the weapons are ineffective doesnt mean you cant hit them... As far as I can tell from my koth yesterday its working as intended.... You were just unlucky
