Just a small remark, and maybe something to change.

It doesn't make a lot of sense that you can start a white dragon arena at lvl 37 but you can't start a white dragon expo before lvl 40.

While all other mobs have higher requirements for creating/joining arenas than expos.

Maybe put the white arena higher, or lower the white dragon expo reqs for starting one to 37. One way or the other is fine and makes sense. But the current set up makes little sense.
