I think that The Manacled One special abilty should only affect 1 person like the horror since a koth isnt like a expo plus other mobs spawn other mobs

its just too big a disadvatage plus you never get just 1 Manacled One so they would have a chance to do the special attack but just freezing your whole team is too much.
