EXALMPLE OF EASINESS
Requirements: LEVEL: 78 (100), STRENGTH: 32 (41), AGILITY: 58 (74)
This means, you can wear an item that has higher requirements early.
The Origional Requirement without easiness would be Level 100. As shown above as LEVEL 78 (100).
But with easiness added, the Requirements drop to Level 78.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Easiness only lowers Stat Requirement for Items and Buildings.
All easiness has a maximum of 50%. Once it reaches 50% it will go no further.
Below will show all races, with their effects and what level your charactor will have maximum Easiness percentage.
This will show both Underworld & Necropolis Realm only.
( UNDERWORLD )
ABSORBER
Race Bonus -> HP (Base + Buildings Bonus) +10%, BLOOD PTS +10%, stat requirements lowered by 5%
Therefore this Race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 110.
BEASTMASTER
Race Bonus -> HP (Base + Buildings Bonus) +20%, chance to hit with melee weapons +20
Therefore this race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 115.
THOUGHTCATCHER
Race Bonus -> LUCK +10
Therefore this race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 115.
CULTIST
Race Bonus -> LUCK +5, BLOOD PTS +10%
Therefore this race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 115.
CURSED ONE
Race Bonus -> BLOOD PTS +10%, chance to hit with all weapons +30
Therefore this race will have the Maximum easiness at Level 115.
( NECROPOLIS )
ABSORBER
Race Bonus -> HP (Base + Buildings Bonus) +10%, BLOOD PTS +10%, stat requirements lowered by 5%, all weapon damage +5
Therefore this Race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 110.
BEASTMASTER
Race Bonus -> HP (Base + Buildings Bonus) +20%, chance to hit with melee weapons +20
Therefore this race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 115.
THOUGHTCATCHER
Race Bonus -> LUCK +10, dodge +10%
Therefore this race will have the Maximum Easiness at Level 115.

I created it for that very reason. Most new players don't understand Easiness, so I've explained in as much detail as possible

Very nice idea , have been here for long long time and sometimes its very annoying to calculate it
Maybe should add tattoos bonuses also and when they max easiness
