I put in a couple bids because I really needed it for a merge, but I stopped. 2 SS is just ridiculous, clearly pushing stones to someone (difference in price from recent closed auctions is just way too big).

I'd say this isn't pushing, just another case of inflation in the market. If it'd been 5-6ss then yeah I'd probably side with you but this just looks like the act of a desperate person wanting an item they probably wouldn't be online for to bid at the end.
