poor dogmeat, he was so loyal since fallout (1) :/ has done everything for a single piece of meat, ya it is all about karma (played as a hero and do play as city destroying ghoul asskickin slave trading monster xD) but there is nothing above very good or below very evil

lol knightroad my tenpenny house isn't full of snobs its just like underworld now after i got the ghouls to move in....... i even look like a ghoul with my ghoul mask on Tongue

moria survives the explosion if you choose to blow up megaton and theres a guy in underworld (you can get to underworld pretty soon on the main quest - just after the GNR quest you can find it nearby the monument) who will buy scrap metal from ya like the guy in megaton did.......

in short blew up megaton and dont regret it in the slightest!!

i got more creds than on my good character and am lower lvl but have far more ammo and the same guns lol (bar the shishkebab i need to do that quest on this save) Tongue

Sumthin that happend in my game!!

I let that dude who killed the sherif go (he shot him then threatend he would 'get me')
So like 10 days later (in game time) i was returning to megaton after scouting a bit, then all of a sudden my life jumps down a junk!! By this time of the game im in the sherifs armor and duster with his assault rifle, i see its that spa who thraetnd me, he has dressed up in a black assasin suit and equip a sniper rifle!!

Its a shame it wasnt even good quality, kus in that crap armor he could almost killed me with one well placed shot!! =D If i hada killed him in the bar, i wudnt of got those new items from him!!

Anyone notice any other things like this?? Times when they should of acted, or should have waited??

Dozens of moments like that, especially when it comes to special weapoms etc... mans you have to do alot of extra stuff or cant get it like the specialised smg if you lose the holotape. That y i dont kill any1 unless im sure i want them dead...like the whole of andale Wink

i found this man in the middle of NOWHERE!!

I was walkin along and all of a sudden im being blasted by a minigun!!! lol

After i took him down, i got a bit closer and found out he was the 'rat king' ??

I googled him and found out that you needa be evil to talk to him, if ur good (and im a saint in this game) he will just attack u?? Fool got himself dead!! =D

LOL honorus, i killed that ghoul leader dude and all his lil goons.. still not finished that quest actully :X killed em all but the quest log hasnt changed and there aint any new opts for any1 at tennypenny tower :/

wierd stuff :- I swear i was attacked by that saloon owner colin while outside D.C, i saw the name colin in V.A.T's, he had a sniper equiped and the same rubbish gay biker cloths.... but i couldent find his body after the 'little' battle :S i had like 10 super mutants/masters chaseing me so i didnt stop to say hi and ask how gob was doing Tongue

i know i hit him... but i was pissed off so i got the experimental mirv out... couldent find much of anything ^^

found a new weap today :- wazzer wifle LOL think it has a +6 clip and a little extra damage than a normal lasser riffle, bought it for 250 caps from biwwy at wittle wamp wight ;D lmao... or wmao? rofw!

A prime example being knowing to collect Bobbleheads during quests...

Sometimes you only got one shot to get them and when the quest is over...

@Knightroad, although Moira's quests may seem unorthodox and difficult they can give sort of "hidden" perks, ie At 600+ radiation limbs auto heal etc.

lol am lvl 6 and my list of things to do today includes:

- walking to rivet city (not been there on this save yet *sigh* its a long walk)
- getting a decent shotgun (maybe the terrible one if i can find the guy to kill to get it)
- get charon as my follower (just have to kill some ghoul bint and he's mine yay!!)
- try to complete ranger reily's quest for the damn ranger armor lol

...... i dont think i'll manage it though Frown

Try swimming, you'll encounter less enemies and you'll discover the Jefferson Memorial which is where you finish the game and a key part of the main storyline.

is it true (on consoles) that when u compleate the story, the games over?? you cant free roam or anything??

The wiki says that terrable shotgun, although yes has the highest output damage, it has a very wide spray in its bullets, the other 1 is meant to be better!!

That is true Demon but you can kill all the Enclave in the room then leave to free roam as much as you want before completing it.

@ demondude: if the shotgun your refering to is the unique sawn-off shotgun then the terrible one is suppossed to be much better than that one by all accounts i've read anyway lol Wink

Yup, thats the one, it only has a base stat of 5 extra damage!! the spread is stupid apparently!! Cant say for myself, but thems the words i did red!!! =D

The sawn off one all goes in one direction making it more ideal for medium AND very close fighting, wereas the terrable will only be usable right in your opponents face, which is a bad idea if your rushing 4 masters!!

Obviously you don't play on Very Hard with Good Karma, because I don't klil any friendlies or do tasks such as blowing up Megaton I have few caps and few decent guns with which I have ammo so..

Just depends on what typa guns u wana use!! If ur doing it on hard (which is the most fun) then its a lot harder to specialise in big guns and lazers kus there rare, but small guns are in like, every shop u go to!!! =D

That ending is if you side with BoS, apparently there is a secret enclave ending... but it's probs bull... i know there is a pack you can buy on ps3 (not seen it yet, so i guess it will come out soon) that has new stuff on it, pherhaps that has the new ending on it? ;o

and yall talking about the ranger battle armor? it's actully very good, it gives +5 action points, +1 luck and +10 to small guns.. only draw back is no RAD ressitance Frown

It has quite good damage ressitance thou Smile

i like brotherhood power armor personally Smile

gives extra strenght for all the guns i carry Wink

(not for PS3)
then there are 2 more coming in Feb and March ?? (not for PS3)
the March one you will be able to continue after the ending (but not PS3)

each DLC cost 800 MS points ???
hope its coming on steam as well :/

Rivet City Security Uniform 24 +5 Small Guns
Tenpenny Security Uniform 24 +5 Small Guns
Talon Combat Armor 28 None
Combat Armor 32 None
Ranger Battle Armor 39 +5 Action Points, +1 Luck, +10 Small Guns

First stat is defense, second is special effects!!

A friend of mine (whose in your class titan) has the guide to the game, it comfirms that reilys ranger armor is the best non power armor in the game!!! =D

Tesla armor is power armor!!! u cant wear if ur not trained in power armor thus... ITS POWER ARMOR!!

i no, but there all for microsoft!!

i bet well get seperate stuff!! only way they can make it fair!! its thought on the forums that theres sumfin wrong with the ps3 version due a lot of the game needing patchin but no results!!

I hope they put it all together right, kus im expection the fallout version of shimmering isles!! =D
