Problem description: not recieved my texts i sent

i sent 3 texts to 78880 BW, but one of them failed @ 10.11am and the other 2 didnt fail. i sent the to texts at 03/01/2009 at 07.45 and other was about 30mins after.

i asked my sisters dad to send one and it worked straight away which i did get. i have been charged for those texts i didnt recieve. plz help me Wink

Go to your premium account options!!

Then click into the mobile phone top up area

Scroll down to the contact form and choose sms code didnt work

You will get an email to your registered email soon (somtime tday) with a new code that'l work!! =D
