That is why your ban is for account sitting and not multiaccounts. However, after consdering your case again I have decided yto shorten your ban to 30 days.

Good Morning

I do not have multiple accounts!!!
Devil woman is my daughter Chrissy, who plays occassionally, I only have one account that I have spent quite a lot of money on, if you look back on the account you will see that.
And as for the other account I havent got a clue who that is, could you please review my case as I really enjoy playing the game.
I would have replied sooner but it wouldn't let me.

I'm sorry, but first of all playing from the same IP was not reported and second the logs do not look like there were two people playing those accounts.

We work together, and our computers are on one server, please could you reinstate my account as I really miss playing.
I also play on my ipad at home, my daughter has no home computer, so she only played at work during the week
