In first fight I take some damage, 30% to be exact. But in the second fight I lose this bonus. I lost 30% so i should be getting a + 20% damage bonus (5% start bonus + 15% for hp lost during combat)

Thanks for reporting. You're right - in this exceptional case "dmg taken" counter should not reset.
This issue will be fixed in upcoming 1.6.4 patch.
