Problem description: Level 50, moved to Act II, but the option to become a Cursed One isn't appearing in my Tasks menu.

You can become Cursed One only once you have completed all act 2 quests (easy, normal and pilgrimages).

Not doing them once to pass into act 2, but basically re-doing them over again as if you were getting ready for act 3.
