I appreciate it, now maybe the same things can happen to the other players that do this same type of conversation almost on a daily basis, ir is it ok for some and not others ?
is it because I'm an English white man ? because that's racist, why always me ?

It's because aforementioned remarks were directed at a player, there was malice and it certainly had not been provoked.
I feel this punishment is not suitable and the system in place should be updated to reflect the change to family server. Despite the character being banned, comments have already been passed from the same user on a different account. You are aware of IP and MAC addresses, so not only would it be easy for you to identify and ban all of a single users account, but then there may actually be some kind of punishment. I would actually like his ban to mean he's not still posting in global chat.

I agree, I have pointed out many times that the language on this server be controlled on world chat and been told, not to worry about it, I refer you to earlier posts ive made.
can I ask that this matter be closed and dealt with between myself and the mods as after all it realy has nothing to do with the other insignificant individual that seems to have an obvious ulteria motive, if you would allow me to gain access to the outgoing message list and be able to document my apology to the actual player I had offended, and details of reasons behind the apology, if not I have accepted my ban and I understand, if I am to be punished further then I would like the tools to defend myself, this is a game and not a court of law, I have said sorry and pushing the issue further is a breach of the rules and requires a ban from forum posts for a period and in other previous cases a temp ban for the player posting. I have many years ago had such a ban, or again is this just a persecution on 1 player and the standards on rules are uneven.
I believe sativa (in game name) and indica (in game name) are one and the same person. if not then I don't see what further involvement this player has in any conversation.

What you're talking about is an undirected comment which has been confirmed as acceptable many moons ago after a dispute regarding quest text.

If you see offensive language in chat, please report it here. We don't monitor it and only act if there is a complaint.
Also I don't see how keeping this thread open is helping the case. If anyone has any questions or comments, please PM me instead.
