Aura of blood attack gone because of berserkers tatoo

Problem description:

In second round of this fight my character should perform aura of blood special attack. The first attack in the second round reduced opponents HP to zero, and triggered berserkers tatoo effect battle frenzy, which raised his HP by 1. This attack was supposed to be followed by special attack aura of blood, but it didn't happen.

The aura is a part of the first attack, so it doesn't fire because after the initial damage, the target is dead. This is working as intended.
