I decided to do a little research on the people behind BW, K2M Doradztwo Inwestycyjne, which roughly translates as "K2M Investment Advice". And came across a name, "Maciej Prasal" I hadn't noticed his name is also listed Here.
I was just wondering, whos is this Maciej chap? Is he simply an investor? His company name suggests so.
A little info i could find on him;
He graduated from the School of Humanities and Economics in Lodz in 1997 with a BA in Management and Marketing.
Then an MA in Management and Marketing in 2000.
I always though Konrad was the man behind BW, but according to the information I could find on the net, he simply runs all of Maciej's games (Burning Riders, BW and the newest project, Time Edge). So in fairness to him, I don't blame him for not spending much time here.
That's all I have for now, I was bored and thought I'd do a little research 
And here's a picture of their offices (at least where the business is registered)

As far as I know Maciej is the main idea guy here and Konrad is doing programming part.

Well, they made good job by creating this game, but their afterwards customer support.. bah.. whole customer service is pathetic. At least for UK realm. Maybe PL, FR and RU players are all happy and satisfied..

They don't seem to have made the distinction between free access and premium and from what I have read of the responses we are all being treated as tolerated consumers of a free service, whereas many of us are paying customers.
I can sort of understand a 'distant' attitude if I didn't pay for my access, but it is just bad business to treat paying customers in this way. Unfortunately they have the market and as a customer my choice is to play or not - I can't get the service from someone else.
One question I'd ask would be whether the customer service we get is linked to the income generated - ie are we not generating sufficient income to get the service ? It is still a bad business model but I'd understand it better.
Maybe the better question to ask of the admins is do they thing they are giving us a good level of service ? IMO they aren't but we could have significantly different expectations of service.
If I treated my customers the way the admins do (the wife has a beauty salon and I work in IT service management), I would be short on customers and out of a job.
