Problem description:
Gerate of PoH from Hospital.
Accordin to short calculation. Yesterday at 17.00 S.T. I had 0 PoH.
Counting time to now is 10 hours period. I have Hospital on lvl 4 so I shall get about 40 PoH. For this moment i have only 15 - then some 25 PoH are missing.

17-02-2009 - Server Time - 17:00:00 - PoH 0
18-02-2009 - Server Time - 05:30:00 - PoH 15

??
