Lords and Ladies of the Underworld, we invite you to join the Unnamed Dark, we are a new clan and would welcome recruits who would log in regularly perhaps once a day or once every two days.
On the plus side we are happy for everyone to put their own distinctive touch to the Clan by choosing their own rank and would be more than happy for people to talk and joke with the Clan as a whole, however I at least would prefer people to refrain from bad language.
On the whole we are a free and easy Clan and don't really have any hard and fast rules except obey the leader and fight in every siege as long as it is fair.
On the subject of sieges there will be lots, normally against Clans with a roughly equal rank so for anyone who is bloodthirsty this is a good Clan, but unfair sieges without good reason will be canceled.
This is a Clan of honour in battle, join if you want war.
We fight for our own, even when a situation seems hopeless.
'Tis better to die standing than die cowering under a rock.
When the time comes to face an unstoppable enemy, we will stand together in bloody defiance.
We will not bend to the demands of tyrants and we will not act as tyrants.
We will fight hard with brutality and vicious force, but we will fight fair.
Those among our numbers will have the full support of the clan. Everybody else will have to ask really, really nicely. We are not afraid of making enemies.
Dark warriors slid forward through the woods towards the castle, their cloaks swirled around them as they closed upon the castle which was the great fortress of the Unnamed Dark. Even their dark hearts quailed at the thought that they must face the nameless ones and their lord. They silently scaled the walls and with practised easy cut the throats of the human slaves who patrolled the walls, relief crept through them as they realised that no vampires were waiting for them and they began to relax. They slipped down into the courtyard, swords, guns, daggers and bows at the ready, there were a score of them led by a tall man dressed in black with only a sliver of silver upon his vambraces to denote his rank. Suddenly when they were half-way across the courtyard the great doors of the hall before them swung open, and there stood the nameless ones, at their head was an Elder fully armed and pointing a gun straight at them, for a moment there was silence and then the night was split in two as the Lord of Darkness fired and the attackers dodged bullets with supernatural speed. Seconds later a furious battle was raging as the vampires clashed, swords rang and sparks danced as they fought, bright arcs of blood spun in the light of the roaring guns and the attackers screeched as the Wolf Lord and his followers fell upon them. The pillars around the courtyard exploded as bullets slammed into them, in a corner a female vampire was battling furiously with the deputy of the rival clan her twin silver blades flashing in the moonlight as she trod a dance of death with the enemy who wielded a cumbersome longsword, but in the centre of the battle the leaders clashed, as fire and death exploded around them they stared at each other, two ancient and powerful lords of undeath. The Nameless One drew his blades, ancient daggers with edges as sharp as a razor and carved with archaic symbols from the distant past, he struck with practised ease and so smooth were his movements that one could have almost thought that he was moving in slow motion, except for the devastating power with which he struck. A slice to the side was only just stopped by his opponent's sword the second grazing his cheek despite his attempt at evasion, time and time again the enemy lord only just blocked the blows and as they spun around each other sword and dagger clashing fire dancing at their feet he was slowly driven back with his clan to the walls leaving behind bloodied remains and steaming guts. Finally with a screech of rage he leapt from the walls with his followers, transforming into bats as they fell. An archer raised his bow but the leader stayed his hand his voice rasping from the fight as he said, “No, there will be time for revenge and we shall choose the time.” He turned from the wall his cloak sweeping behind him, the wars of the Nameless Ones had begun and we shall triumph.
